What's cooking this week?

We're already back from Georgia! After all the build up for a trip we booked back in December...it's over. I can't believe it! I remember saying "Ella will almost be ONE by the time we go to Savannah". Well, I'm already planning her first birthday party. Insane. The trip was incredible - I'll be sharing more details about it as soon as I get settled. We just got home not long ago, I'm unpacking, planning meals for the week, and building up a new stash of food for the babes. Back to our usual routine!
Tonight: Subway (easy-peasy)
Tuesday: Bolognese Sauce (I made this for everyone in Savannah and had some left)
Wednesday: Thai Noodle Soup
Thursday: Grilled Chicken Avocado Salad
Friday: Crock-Pot Tomato Basil Soup and steak for Hubs

I hope you all had a fantastic 4th of July weekend!
