What's cooking this week?

Even though this is late, at least I'm posting on an actual Sunday, just like it says below! Here's my plan...
Sunday:  Pesto and zoodles (never made last week) with mushroom/asiago chicken sausage (Yum)
Tuesday: Grilled Chicken Avocado Salad
Wednesday: Margherita Pizza
Thursday: Fresh Market Little Big Meal! (Tacos!!!)

This weekend was great on so many levels. Saturday we had a Disney day and went to Animal Kingdom. The weather was perfect too! We haven't yet reached the sticky/humid/stay in the AC kind of Florida weather yet. We saw a bunch of animals, brushed some goats, gave Chip and Dale tons of hugs, and enjoyed the Lion King show immensely!
Today I was spoiled by my wonderful Hubs and baby girl! We had brunch at one of the country clubs, went shopping for some more plants for the front of the house, and then spent the rest of the day at home...relaxed, played and cooked dinner...it doesn't get any better than that!
Ella was too sweet, and wished me a Happy Mother's Day at least a hundred times! This was surprising only because when we told her it was "Mommy's day"...her response last night and this morning was "No....it's Ella's day". Somewhere along the line she must've gotten it! So cute!

  2. The most ordinary form of outdoor cooking is campfire cooking. For families it is particularly well fitting, it is an activity which presents an opportunity for pleasant evenings and outings. It has its own taste and fancy. Skill and knowledge is required, but both are easily acquired. Campfire cooking is a tradition in itself and some cooks have years of experience both on safaris and at home.

  3. As cooks, we are often faced with the question of "how to cook", so let us see how many different ways can we cook a main ingredient such as the ever so famous chicken. You may be surprised at the seemingly endless options that we have. No wonder we have such a dilemma with so many to choose from.http://donfreed.com/
